Service Provider Places Rate Card Order for Customer

If a Customer does not have access to the Customer Catalogue, the Service Provider can place a Rate Card order on the Customer's behalf.

This involves:

• Creating a New Project (Rate Card)
  
  • or adding a Rate Card item as a Part to an existing project. See Part Actions > Add Part
• Finding a Rate Card
• Completing a Rate Card Quote Request Form
